The Mercedes me connect Concierge Service is an exclusive assistance and information service for Mercedes-Benz customers. It provides personal support by telephone in the search for interesting locations (POI), restaurants, hotels or any other information requests.

Recommended destinations and information can be transmitted to the navigation system on request. The Concierge Service can be used in the car and by smartphone via the Mercedes me app.
